On the 16th of May the year 7 and 8s at St Peter's Catholic school went on camp
to Kawau Island.

year 8 basketball team
Last week on the 26th of February, the Saint Peter's Catholic School Warriors played their second game of basketball against the Cambridge Middle School Hornets.
The starting players for our team were:William J, Henri F, Jacques B, Henry T and Freddie L.
This game was definitely the hardest game we've played so far, because in the first half we came from 10 points behind to a tight final score of 35 all.
In this game we didn't play as well as we did the week before because we only scored half of
what we scored the other week and the other team managed to find gaping holes in our defence.
We managed to push the ball up the court but we just couldn't get it in the
basket efficiently. Also we kept on giving away far too many fouls.
We really hope that we can win our next couple games so that we can get into the final.
