Recently all Year 7 & 8's worked with Paula looking at Leadership and what it looks like in our school. We decided that Leadership is being a role model and being a responsible person in our school. All Year 7 & 8's have taken on one or more roles of Leadership in our school. We also discussed the fact that Leaders are often being watched by many people so it is important that they are watching us doing the right thing at school.
We discussed the different types of people and personalities that we all have and how everyone can contribute in a different way.
During the 2nd session we learned how to lead a group, by teaching others a new game and we also learned about the benefits of co-operating with others.
