Gemma's Winter poem

Winter

Winter creeps through the icy classroom,
Kids can barely move from the cold,
Leaves crunch like a cracker from the frost.

Winter floats passed cars,
Hedgehogs fall asleep,
Trees are leaf-less,
No clouds to be seen.

Winter races though our homes,
Condensation fills the windows,
Water drips onto the carpet,
Kids shiver like an earthquake.
